ANIMALS WANT TO PLAY

I was sitting on a cloud that was actually a snow bank
On my uncle’s farm up in the hills
I was thinking out loud of how I felt and who I should thank
I felt so alive that I was actually afraid to die
And miss out on all the fun we’ll be having up here
It’s funny how you realize you’re alive and life is worth living

Don’t take me away from here
Don’t take my heart and send it far away
“Because!”
Here you will loose all your fear
Picking flowers, the animals want to play

So I carried on my way, I kept walking through the forest
Untill I met the bird who sings about this magic light
That shines within us all making us part of it’s creation
He told me a little story of a long long time ago
When nature and man were one and we didn’t have to worry
About the death and all the destruction
We have inflicted on the world

I was sitting on a cloud that was actually a door step
To the other side of space and time
I wanted to know why we had come to this conclusion
The question that I had asked seemed to be a common one
Among vision seekers like me who want to know
The answer I received was to help me understand
And to help my fellow man to stand
